L-fukuloza-fosfatna aldolaza (EC 4.1.2.17, L-fukuloza 1-fosfat aldolaza, fukuloza aldolaza, L-fukuloza-1-fosfat laktaldehid-lijaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-fukuloza-1-fosfat (S)-laktaldehid-lijaza (formira gliceron-fosfat).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
